Wakevia — Delete data
No Wakevia account
Wakevia does not create a separate account or keep your alarms or wake history on a Mentivo server. There is no Wakevia account to delete.
Remove local data
Delete individual alarms or use Settings → Clear wake-up history to remove recorded challenges and the streak from this iPhone. To remove all local Wakevia data, choose Delete App in iOS settings; Offload App can preserve its documents and data. Apple AlarmKit may retain system alarm entries until iOS removes them, so check the device alarm list after deletion.
Backups and support
iPhone or iCloud backups may contain previous app data; manage backups separately through Apple. If you emailed Mentivo support, request deletion of that correspondence at mentivonet@gmail.com. We may need limited information to locate your message.
Subscription records
Apple handles billing and purchase records. Removing local data or deleting Wakevia does not cancel Premium. Manage it in Apple subscriptions.
How a request is handled
Send the request from the address associated with your account or previous support conversation, where possible. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership. We will explain any necessary retention and respond within the deadlines required by applicable law. Records that must be kept for legal obligations, purchase verification or resolving disputes are limited to those purposes. Store transaction records and device backups are controlled separately by their providers.

Deleting data or uninstalling an app does not cancel a store subscription. Manage any subscription separately in App Store or Google Play.

This opens an email draft. Nothing is sent until you send it. Include your app name and the account or user identifier if one exists. Never send a password or full card details.
