Wakevia — Terms of use
About Wakevia
Wakevia is an iPhone alarm app from VITALII VASYLENKO, operating as Mentivo. It requires iOS 26 or later. Set repeating alarms and choose an optional wake challenge. Contact: mentivonet@gmail.com.
Free use and Premium
You can create and use free alarms without a subscription. Math, memory, tap-order and word challenges are free, with access to seven recent wake records. Optional yearly Premium unlocks QR, shake and breathing challenges and expands the visible recent history to 30 records. If Premium expires, free alarms remain available. To use a Premium challenge again, choose an available free challenge or renew Premium.
Subscription and price
Wakevia plans one auto-renewable yearly Premium subscription with a US base price of USD 11.99 per year. The App Store displays the current local price, any eligible offer, renewal period and final terms before you confirm. Premium starts only after Apple confirms your purchase and renews automatically until cancelled. A free trial applies only if Apple explicitly displays one for your Apple Account.
Manage, restore and refunds
Use Restore purchases in Wakevia with the Apple Account used to buy Premium. Manage or cancel it in Apple subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals under Apple’s terms; access usually continues through the paid period. Request a refund through Apple Report a Problem. Deleting Wakevia does not cancel a subscription.
Alarm reliability and safety
AlarmKit and iOS provide system alarm controls, including Stop; a challenge is not an unskippable safeguard. Device power, sound settings, permissions, system interruptions and software problems can affect alerts. Test your setup and keep another alarm for time-critical events. Wakevia does not guarantee that an alarm will sound or that you will complete a challenge.
License and rights
Unless the App Store listing states otherwise, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Updated October 13, 2026.
