Delete Data

Data you can delete

Depending on the feature, deletable data may include local question history, saved answers, Daily Oracle local data, widget payload, birth date, astro profile, form of address, app settings, backend/account data where applicable, and support messages.

Delete local history

Open the app, go to Settings, choose delete history or related data controls, and confirm deletion.

Delete backend/account data

If backend/account data exists for your app version, use the in-app deletion flow or email mentivonet@gmail.com with the app name, request type, and user identifier shown in app settings if available.

Important limits

Deleting local history may not automatically delete data already processed by third-party AI providers or support email systems. Contact support for backend/account deletion requests.

What we may keep

Some records may be retained for legal, tax, purchase verification, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution where permitted by law.
