Choose the app below for its local-data and account deletion instructions. For website or support correspondence, email us with the information needed to locate it. This page does not itself delete data or cancel a subscription.
How a request is handled
Send the request from the address associated with your account or previous support conversation, where possible. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership. We will explain any necessary retention and respond within the deadlines required by applicable law. Records that must be kept for legal obligations, purchase verification or resolving disputes are limited to those purposes. Store transaction records and device backups are controlled separately by their providers.
Purchases & refunds
Deleting data or uninstalling an app does not cancel a store subscription. Manage any subscription separately in App Store or Google Play.
