Apple handles payments
Mentivo does not directly process App Store payments and cannot directly issue App Store refunds. Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple.
How to request a refund
Use Apple Report a Problem or Apple billing support. Apple decides refund eligibility under Apple rules.
Subscriptions
You can cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions.
3-day full widget preview
The local 3-day full widget preview is not a subscription trial unless the App Store purchase screen explicitly says a subscription trial is being started.
Restore Premium and credits
Open the app and tap Restore Purchases in Settings or Premium. Credits can be restored where supported by Apple purchase records and app functionality.
