About these terms

These terms govern the Mentivo website and shared services provided by VITALII VASYLENKO under the Mentivo name. Contact: mentivonet@gmail.com. App-specific terms and the applicable store license also govern individual apps. If you do not agree to the applicable terms, do not use the service.

Permitted use

You may use the website and apps for their intended purposes. Do not interfere with security, misuse access, infringe others’ rights, distribute harmful material or attempt unlawful access. Use is subject to applicable laws and the rights granted by your app license.

Ownership and licenses

Mentivo app names, original content and software remain the property of their respective rights holders. Downloading an app grants a limited right to use it under the applicable license; it does not transfer ownership. Third-party components retain their own licenses.

Availability and updates

Features, supported devices and availability may change. We may correct errors, maintain or update services, or restrict misuse. Where a change materially affects a paid service, applicable store rules and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Purchases and subscriptions

A paid purchase requires explicit confirmation in the relevant store purchase screen. That screen states the price, billing period, trial eligibility and renewal terms. Deleting an app or requesting data deletion does not cancel a subscription. See Purchases & refunds for cancellation and refund instructions.

Product limitations

Oracle Ball AI provides generated material for reflection and entertainment, not professional advice or guaranteed predictions. RULTI is a motion assistant for a stationary vehicle and is not a driving safety system. Read the specific terms and limitations on each app’s page.

Responsibility and consumer rights

Services are provided with the limitations described for each product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Your statutory rights and the applicable store’s dispute and refund procedures remain available.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect product or legal changes. The revision date appears on this page. For support, questions or a dispute, contact mentivonet@gmail.com and identify the app and issue.
