By using Mentivo apps or websites, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Daily Oracle and astro features

Daily Oracle, horoscope, astro profile, and lunar context features are intended for reflection and self-analysis. They do not guarantee future events.

AI limitations

AI answers may be incomplete, inaccurate, symbolic, or unsuitable for serious decisions. Oracle Ball AI does not promise guaranteed predictions.

No professional advice

Our apps do not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, emergency, or other professional advice. For important matters, contact a qualified professional or emergency service.

Widgets

Widgets display Daily Oracle content and links to the app. Widgets do not include purchase buttons, advertising, or in-app purchase flows.

3-day full widget preview

The 3-day full widget preview is a product preview unless explicitly shown as an App Store subscription trial in the purchase screen. It does not create a paid subscription by itself.

Premium and Lite

Free Lite includes limited AI usage, Daily Oracle Lite, useful Lite widgets, ads where applicable, limited history, and a 3-day full widget preview for new users. Premium unlocks deeper readings, full history, Daily Oracle Plus, full Daily Oracle widgets, Premium styles, Premium themes, and up to 100 AI answers per day subject to fair use and backend limits.

Credits

Purchased answer credits may be used for one-time Deep Answers where supported by the app. Premium users may not spend credits for features included in Premium.

Apple purchases and refunds

Subscriptions, in-app purchases, cancellation, renewal, restore, and refunds are governed by Apple App Store rules and the purchase screen shown before confirmation.
