Cartipop — Terms of use
About Cartipop
Cartipop is a reusable shopping-list app from VITALII VASYLENKO, operating as Mentivo. You can create lists and products, mark shopping needs and optionally set repeat schedules and reminders. Contact: mentivonet@gmail.com.
Free use and Premium
The free app remains usable without a subscription. From the 10th app launch, you can select up to five products for the current shopping basket in the free version. Selecting a sixth requires Premium. The saved product catalog remains unlimited; preinstalled starter products count only when you select them for the current basket. Premium removes the selection limit. If Premium ends, products already selected remain available to view, edit and use. Premium does not include cloud synchronization.
Subscriptions and prices
Cartipop may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewable Premium subscriptions through Apple. The app displays the current local price returned by the App Store before you purchase. The selected plan, billing period, any offer and final amount are shown in Apple’s confirmation sheet. A subscription starts only after you confirm the purchase and renews automatically unless cancelled. No free trial is promised unless Apple specifically displays one.
Manage, restore and refunds
Use Restore purchases in Cartipop with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Manage or cancel a subscription in Apple subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals under Apple’s terms; access continues for the paid period unless Apple determines otherwise. To request a refund, use Apple Report a Problem. Deleting the app or your local lists does not cancel billing.
Your data and reminders
You control the content you enter and whether to share a list copy. Notifications require permission and may be delayed or suppressed by device settings and the operating system. Keep your own copy of important information; local content and backups are managed on your device and through Apple.
License and rights
Unless the App Store listing supplies a different license, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. The Mentivo general terms and privacy policy provide additional information. Updated October 11, 2026.
