Wakevia — Privacy policy
Scope and contact
This policy covers the Wakevia iPhone app from VITALII VASYLENKO, operating as Mentivo. Contact: mentivonet@gmail.com. The separate Mentivo website policy covers visits to this site and correspondence with support.
Data on your iPhone
Alarm times, recurrence, labels, selected challenges, a fingerprint of a QR code you choose, app preferences and wake history are kept in local app storage on your iPhone. Wakevia does not create an account, sync this information to a Mentivo server or upload it to Mentivo. The app can store local counts of newly created alarms and a review request state.
Permissions and challenge inputs
Wakevia uses Apple AlarmKit to schedule and display alarms with your permission. The optional QR challenge uses the camera to read a code; camera images are processed on your iPhone and are not uploaded or saved by Wakevia. The optional shake challenge reads device motion locally and does not upload or save raw motion samples. Other challenge answers are evaluated on your device.
Purchases
Wakevia uses Apple StoreKit to display the yearly Premium product and local price, confirm and restore purchases, and check access. Apple handles billing and subscription records. Wakevia does not receive your full payment card number or operate a purchase account server.
Other data practices
The planned app has no ads, third-party analytics SDK, tracking, sleep monitoring, microphone access or location access. Apple may separately process App Store purchases and diagnostics under your settings and its own privacy policy.
Storage and deletion
You can remove alarms inside Wakevia. Deleting the app, rather than offloading it, removes its local app data from that iPhone, subject to iOS behavior. iPhone or iCloud backups may retain copies until you manage them separately through Apple. Mentivo cannot remotely erase information kept only on your device.
Support and updates
If you contact support, we receive the email address, message and attachments you choose to send. The Mentivo website privacy policy explains how support correspondence is handled. Request access to or deletion of support messages at mentivonet@gmail.com. We will update this page if Wakevia’s data practices change. Updated October 13, 2026.
