Wakevia — Terms of use
About Wakevia
Wakevia is an iPhone alarm and morning-planning app from VITALII VASYLENKO, operating as Mentivo. It requires iOS 26 or later. You can set one-time or repeating alarms, choose a challenge and receive optional wind-down reminders. Contact: mentivonet@gmail.com.
Free use and Premium
You can create and use free alarms without a subscription. Math, memory, tap-order, word and squat challenges are free; the free statistics view covers seven days of recorded wake-ups. Optional annual Premium unlocks push-ups, made-bed photo, QR, shake and breathing challenges, 30-day history and additional insights. If Premium expires, free alarms remain available. To use a Premium challenge again, choose a free challenge or renew Premium. The made-bed photo is confirmed by you; pose counts are estimates.
Subscription and price
Wakevia offers one auto-renewable annual Premium subscription with a US base price of USD 11.99 per year. The App Store shows the current local price, any eligible offer, renewal period and final terms before you confirm. A one-week introductory trial is currently configured only for the US storefront and applies only when Apple shows it for your Apple Account. If no trial is shown, the annual subscription starts when Apple confirms the purchase. After a trial or paid period, it renews automatically until canceled in Apple Account settings. An optional local reminder before a trial ends requires notification permission and is not guaranteed to be delivered.
Manage, restore and refunds
Use Restore purchases in Wakevia with the Apple Account used to buy Premium. Manage or cancel it in Apple subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals under Apple’s terms; access usually continues through the paid period. Request a refund through Apple Report a Problem. Deleting Wakevia does not cancel a subscription.
Alarm reliability and safety
AlarmKit and iOS provide system alarm controls, including Stop; a challenge is not an unskippable safeguard. Device power, sound settings, permissions, system interruptions and software problems can affect alerts. Camera-based repetition counting can be inaccurate when your body is outside the frame or lighting is poor. Test your setup with Wakevia’s alarm check and keep another alarm for time-critical events. Wakevia does not guarantee that an alarm will sound or that you will complete a challenge.
License and rights
Unless the App Store listing states otherwise, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Updated October 13, 2026.
