Notavelle — Delete data
Delete cards
Delete a card in the app. If iCloud sync is on, the content is removed from the private CloudKit record at the next successful sync. A minimal deletion marker may remain to prevent restoration by an offline device.
Disable sync
Switch off iCloud sync on each device. Local cards stay; previously uploaded iCloud data is not automatically erased.
Remove local and cloud data
Delete cards and uninstall the app from each device. Apple backups may retain copies. To remove private iCloud data, use your Apple Account iCloud storage controls; menu names vary by system version. Mentivo cannot directly access your private CloudKit database.

Email mentivonet@gmail.com to request deletion of support correspondence. Notavelle has no separate Mentivo account.
How a request is handled
Send the request from the address associated with your account or previous support conversation, where possible. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership. We will explain any necessary retention and respond within the deadlines required by applicable law. Records that must be kept for legal obligations, purchase verification or resolving disputes are limited to those purposes. Store transaction records and device backups are controlled separately by their providers.
Purchases & refunds
Deleting data or uninstalling an app does not cancel a store subscription. Manage any subscription separately in App Store or Google Play.

This opens an email draft. Nothing is sent until you send it. Include your app name and the account or user identifier if one exists. Never send a password or full card details.
