About this policy

Your cards

Notes, lists, quotes, countdowns, colors and settings are stored on your device in the app container. iOS widgets use the shared app container. Apple device backups may include local data.

Optional iCloud sync

When enabled and an Apple Account is available, the app stores card data in your private CloudKit database using encrypted fields. iCloud sync is on by default when available and can be turned off on each device. Disabling it keeps local cards and does not erase a previous iCloud copy. Apple processes iCloud data under its policies.

Account and sharing

A record identifier for your Apple Account stays on your device to detect account changes before syncing to a different account. Mentivo cannot read your private CloudKit cards and has no card server.

Analytics, ads and support

The app has no ads or third-party analytics SDK and does not request location, camera, microphone or contacts. If you email support, we receive only what you choose to send and use it to answer you. Request deletion of support emails at mentivonet@gmail.com.
