Queue — Privacy policy
Scope and developer
This policy applies to the current Queue test app from Mentivo (VITALII VASYLENKO). Contact: mentivonet@gmail.com. Queue detects motion in a selected camera area and plays an alert.
Camera and on-device processing
Camera permission is requested for live motion detection. Frames are processed in memory on your device. The current app does not record video, save photographs, upload camera frames or perform face recognition. Stopping monitoring stops detection; the live camera preview can remain on. Switch to demo mode or leave the active app to stop camera access.
Motion sensors
While monitoring is active, Queue also processes linear-acceleration sensor readings to help mute alerts during movement of your own vehicle. Readings are handled in memory, are not saved or transmitted, and sensor updates stop when monitoring stops or the app goes into the background. No location permission or GPS is used. Automatic pause and restart are estimates and can be affected by sensor availability, vibration and the visible scene.
Optional store review
The app locally stores up to three distinct usage dates and whether it has already requested a review. From the third usage day, it may ask the store to show its standard review dialog after monitoring ends. This request is made once and is not repeated after dismissal. You choose any star rating and whether to submit; the store handles the review under its own privacy policy. Queue cannot read your rating or determine whether a review was submitted, and the store may choose not to show the dialog.
Local preferences and sound
The selected language, theme, sensitivity, alert preferences and any imported alert sound are stored in the app’s local storage. Importing a sound gives the app access to the file you select; it does not upload it. These settings and files may be included in device backups controlled by your operating system.
Free period
A seven-day complimentary period starts at first use and does not require a card or create an automatic charge. Its start date and last checked time are stored on the device, in iOS Keychain or Android app preferences. The iOS record may remain after the app is removed; contact support about deleting it. It is used to determine access, not for advertising or tracking.
Accounts, location and tracking
The current test version has no user account, advertising, analytics SDK, location access or app-operated backend. It does not send camera images or detection results to Mentivo. Your operating system or app store may separately process installation, diagnostic or backup data under its own settings and policies.
Purchases
The app integrates Apple StoreKit or Google Play Billing for available subscriptions, localized prices, purchase confirmation, restoration and access checks. The store processes payment details; Mentivo does not receive your full card data. Subscription product identifiers, verified transaction status and, where provided, expiry are processed on the device. Live purchases require products enabled in the relevant store; they are currently unavailable in the test build.
Retention and deletion
Temporary camera frames are discarded during processing and when monitoring stops. Local preferences and imported audio remain until replaced, cleared through device storage controls or removed with the app. Device backups are managed separately in iOS or Android settings. Deleting Queue does not remove the original audio file that you selected.
Support and your rights
Support is available by email and through a WhatsApp link in Settings. Opening the link opens WhatsApp or its website; no message is sent automatically. If you contact us, we receive your message and the contact information you share. WhatsApp handles its own service under its privacy policy. The Mentivo website policy describes support retention and rights. Request deletion of correspondence at mentivonet@gmail.com.
Permissions and changes
You can revoke camera access in your device’s settings. Motion detection will then be unavailable, but demo mode does not need the camera. This page identifies its revision date and will be updated when practices change.
