Notavelle — Purchases & refunds

Free and Pro

Notavelle is free to download. Notes, lists, quotes, countdowns, basic widgets, colors and iCloud sync remain free. Optional Notavelle Pro unlocks additional styles, saved designs, switchable widget collections and PNG export. Pro is a single non-consumable App Store purchase; it does not renew.

Price and payment

The planned Pro price is $9.99 in the United States and a price based on about US $4.99 outside the United States. Apple may use different local currency amounts, taxes and price points. The actual price shown by the App Store before confirmation is the amount charged. Mentivo does not process the payment.

Restore purchase

Open Notavelle → Settings → Notavelle Pro → Restore purchase. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. Restoration is free. A purchase can be used on supported iPhone, iPad and Mac versions of this same App Store app, subject to Apple availability.

No subscription; refunds

There is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge. Deleting the app or your cards does not request a refund. If you need a refund, use Apple’s Report a Problem at reportaproblem.apple.com . Apple decides refund eligibility under its rules. Contact mentivonet@gmail.com for app support.
